EzineArticles.com: People who are over weight usually do great injustice to themselves by excusing themselves from really loosing weight. One thing that I have learned is that excuses cannot help you or me. It is only when we look at our personal problem straight in the eye and then acknowledges that there exists a problem and we hate the problem and need solutions are we able to really do something about it.
