EzineArticles.com: Controlling calories is something every man must follow if they actually wish to live a healthy life but in order to control their calories they must know the amount of calories needed to maintain weight men. Therefore all men wanting to have a weight that is truly optimal for them would in fact have to control the calories they usually consume since these calories are what play a major role in increasing their weight.
