EzineArticles.com: With all of the ads out there for running shoes, and the articles that pop up about the importance of a good set of running shoes, it may seem counterintuitive to begin going without them. Several recent studies have shown that running without shoes is easier than running with them. Running without shoes has the same positive effects that running with shoes does, such as giving you a flat stomach, and a great set of legs, it’s just easier to do.
